Delta Squared started as a boutique consultancy based in Amsterdam. We help clients establish and execute future proof strategic initiatives in digital & technology.
We founded Delta Squared after years of leading large-scale digital and product transformations – from modernizing enterprise technology platforms to scaling global product organizations. We saw too many strategies fail in the gap between intention and execution.
At Delta Squared, we bridge that gap. We bring the strategic perspective of senior executives together with the delivery rigor of program leaders. Our approach is analytical, outcome-driven, and grounded in experience – not frameworks for their own sake. You work directly with the founding partners – leaders who have held executive and transformation roles themselves.
We choose engagements where we can make a real impact, and work alongside our clients’ teams, guiding leadership through complex change while building the internal capabilities that make results last.

Alexandros Tzortzopoulos
An experienced technology and product leader who has built and led high-performing teams across industries including trading, financial services, insurance, energy. Alexandros focuses on scaling technology organizations, strengthening product strategy, and building the capabilities that sustain delivery excellence.
When Alexandros is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, discovering new hobbies and trying out new bbq recipes on the big green egg.
Thijs Wesselink
A transformation and program leader with extensive experience delivering complex initiatives across industries in both national and international contexts. Thijs focuses on governance, operating models, and program delivery – helping organizations turn strategy into measurable results.
Thijs is also an avid (long) distance runner, both on road and on the trails. He is fond of traveling with his campervan to the great outdoors, and always makes sure to bring his camera along.
