Your Role

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll lead complex projects or workstreams and act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. You bring depth in IT or digital transformation and can operate independently, while enjoying direct coaching and sparring with the founding partners.  

Beyond delivering client success, you’ll actively shape Delta Squared’s growth. From developing propositions to mentoring colleagues and expanding your network. As the firm grows, you’ll have opportunities to take on ownership roles and potentially participate in future equity plans.

 What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results in IT or digital transformation

  • 7 or more years of working in consultancy or complex change environments (equivalent of manager / sr. manager level)

  • Strong leadership skills – able to coach, guide and inspire project teams

  • An entrepreneurial mindset and bias for action

  • A university degree (or equivalent experience)

  • Fluency in English

  • Professional proficiency in Dutch is preferable
