At Delta Squared, we are looking for Senior Consultants to join our two founding partners in scaling a boutique consultancy firm. Our clients (100 - 1000 FTE tech-enabled scale-ups) go through successful growth stages, but inevitably face crises of inertia and problems coming from too much or too little structure. Delta Squared helps clients escape inertia and regain organisational velocity.

Your Role
As a Senior Consultant you will lead complex change at our clients, and can expect freedom, trust and mentorship in performing your role. You will:
Lead with Authority: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, bridging the gap between their vision and the operational reality.
Execute the "How": Tackle the "uncomfortable" parts of transformation—from technical debt and legacy modernisation to AI readiness and organisational change.
Shape the Firm: Beyond client work, you will help design our propositions, mentor future talent, and build the culture you always wanted to work in.
What You’ll Bring
7+ years of experience at a top-tier consultancy firm, or as an internal change maker leading complex change across various organisations and industries.
You bring a relevant network, having worked at least 3 years in the Netherlands
A proven track record of moving beyond "strategic analysis" to deliver actual tech or digital implementation.
Ability to effectively apply different styles of influence, depending on intent and target audience
Experience of working with senior client leadership as direct stakeholders to your projects
Fluency in English; professional proficiency in Dutch is highly preferred.
